2019 Fitness & Health Goals
Happy 2019 babes! For many, including myself, the new year brings feelings for a fresh start – I’m ready to make new goals and work hard to achieve them – in all aspects of my life! Fitness and health are definitely at the top of my list this year, as I’m oh so close to the big 4-0! I’ve always been super lucky and have a really high metabolism, never worked out a day in my life until 2 years ago. Always have been able to eat whatever I want and maintain my weight. That being said, it is definitely time in my life to tone and firm 😉 Also – I have some really bad habits that I’m hoping to kick! AKA – my fountain pop and sugar addiction! Here’s to a healthier new year!
Making healthier habits, becoming a stronger me!
1) Drink more water – try to get in a gallon of water every day!
2) Be active/workout – my goal is to get in a minimum of 3 workouts a week. Join a gym, try a fitness class.
3) Make healthier food choices – cut out your bad habits. My biggest challenge will be reducing/eliminating sugar!
4) Be flexible!!! You will have bad days, and that’s OK!
5) Set attainable goals – and reward yourself for meeting them! Setting large goals is sometimes setting yourself up for failure.
I will be sharing more fitness/health content this year! Be sure to comment below and let me know what you would like to see!
