Workout At Home
It’s so important during this time that we all stay active and don’t stop moving! There are several
on-line, at-home workout programs that I’m loving, many of them offering for free right now. I try to get my workout in right away in the morning.
If you are able, getting outside to do your exercise is so good for your mental wellness. Being cooped up in the house for weeks, possibly longer, can be draining on all of us.
All of this time at home, it’s so easy to eat all the snacks. Be sure to make healthy choices when grocery shopping and meal planning.
Be sure to enjoy this time at home with your family. I’m taking full advantage of this slower paced life and making so many special memories with my girls. We will all get through this together!
